Rental includes:
Exclusive access to 12+ miles of multi-use trails during the event
(2) event Facebook posts promoting the event
Trails will be mowed and maintained prior to event day.
Certificate of Insurance is required.
1-3 Hours: $345

In order to rent the park, please contact the Valpo Parks Office. All rentals are non-refundable and payment is due at the time of booking. Dates are open to the public until payment is made. Bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
Note:
• Tents, tables, and chairs are only available through Valpo Parks preferred provider. You can, however, bring in EZ-UP tents.
• Events with alcohol require (1) security officer. Security is scheduled through the Valpo Parks Administration Office. The officer is paid by the renter with cash on the day of the event. Security officers are scheduled an hour before the event through the clean-up. Rates are $50 per hour.
• Inclement Weather: Valpo Parks reserves the right to close the trails due to rain or other weather events. When the trails are closed, all rental events are cancelled. Appropriate reschedule or credit(s) will be made only if Valpo Parks closes the trails.
• Valpo Parks required a certificate of insurance for all parties involved in the event. COI(s) should be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
• It is highly recommended that medical staff/professionals be onsite during the event.
This is a non-refundable fee.
