Reservations and add-on's must be made two weeks in advance.

Shelter is lighted - automatic on at dusk
No grill rentals but you may bring your own
Full payment is required at the time of reservation.

Any event that will exceed the shelter capacity must be approved by the Valpo Parks Office prior to reserving

This reservation is for the SHELTER ONLY and is from 9am - 10pm. This is your permit. Please keep this confirmation for your records. You will not receive any future mailings regarding this reservation.

Rules for Shelter Rentals:
No Inflatables
No canopies or tents
No amplified sound
No decorations that will damage the structure
No artificial petals/leaves, glitter, confetti, rice, fireworks, tiki-torches
Please do not use chalk anywhere in the shelter, including the concrete floor
Anything you bring in must be taken out or thrown away
Failure to clean-up after your event will result in an excess clean-up fee.
