Dates: June - July
Days: Wednesday/Friday
Time: Practices from 5pm - 6:30pm Wednesdays and meets begin at 5pm on Fridays.
Includes: Shirt/Award
* We will have ONLY 1 make up meet if necessary

Other Information:
- Athletes will sign up for any 4 events the week of their meet and may switch events meet to meet or stick with your favorites each time.
- All participants will receive a participation award at the end of the season.
- At each of the meets, 1st - 3rd place finishers in each event (girls and boys separate in MOST events) will receive a ribbon. Please note that some events may have several heats and scores are based off of all participants in that age group, not individual heats.
- You will be contacted by Cassey Knight (Sports Coordinator) closer to the registration deadline and Monday before the season begins.
- Any rain - outs will be communicated through the Valpo Parks website and via email (sent from cknight@valpo.us)

Refund Policy:
- To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be requested a minimum of seven (7) days before the published registration deadline.
- Cancellations within seven (7) days of the registration deadline will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be distributed back to the participant through a check in the mail. This process takes 4 – 6 weeks.
- A $15.00 service charge for processing all cancellations will apply unless the Valpo Parks and Recreation Department cancels a program due to low enrollment.
