Note:

Location: Ben Franklin Middle School Annex Gym
Day: TBD
Dates: October - December 2 (2 matches of 3 sets)
Time: 6pm - 9pm (match times will vary each week)

Teams are placed in divisions by request and past records and range from Competitive to Recreational, there will be a 15 team cap on teams per night.

Key Information:

-Once registration closes, teams will be placed in divisions, and team captains will receive a link to roster their team in QuickScores.
-A mandatory captains meeting will be scheduled after registration closes.
-A 25% non-refundable deposit or the full team fee is required at the time of registration.
-Team fees must be paid in full by the registration deadline listed for each season.
- If you have a sponsor, a letter of intent from the sponsor can take place of the deposit.

Captains should collect the money and make payment(s) to the Parks Office. Please do not have your team members call in to make individual payments. Failure to pay team fees in full and/or fully filling out your roster before the deadline will result in your team being dropped from the league.

As a Captain you agree to assume the responsibilities of representing your team by: collecting/paying team fees, attending league meetings, fully registering your team online, via Quick Scores and consent to receive emails and/or texts and sharing all communications with your players.  You also understand and agree to uphold the rules and regulations of the Valparaiso Parks & Recreation Department associated with your team's participation in this league.

To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be requested a minimum of seven (7) days before the published registration deadline. All 25% deposits for adult team sports are non-refundable.
Cancellations within seven (7) days of the published registration deadline will not be refunded.
Refunds will be distributed back to the participant through a check in the mail. This process takes 4 – 6 weeks.
