Note:

Location: Byron Smith Sports Complex at Fairgrounds Park, 704 McCord Road
Dates: June 5 - July 31 (No games July 3rd)
Days: Friday Evenings (Games and Practices)
Times: Between 5pm - 8pm
Includes: Participants will receive jersey, hat, and finisher medal.

*Please note that coaches reserve the right to pick their own practice days based on the availability of the majority of the team. Once rosters are set and uniforms are ordered, we will not be able to move teams for any reason.

Key Information
- Requests will be considered in the order of preferred practice day, coach request, and then friend request. None of the requests presented are guaranteed and refunds will not be given for any request not being honored.
- Practices will start roughly 2 weeks before the first game date
- We provide coaches with bats, balls and helmets for games, but individuals will be in charge of bringing a glove.

Refund Policy:
- To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be requested a minimum of seven (7) days before the published registration deadline.
- Cancellations within seven (7) days of the registration deadline will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be distributed back to the participant through a check in the mail. This process takes 4 – 6 weeks.
- A $15.00 service charge for processing all cancellations will apply unless the Valpo Parks and Recreation Department cancels a program due to low enrollment.
