- Police support and volunteers will be along the route to ensure a safe ride.
- Helmets and lights required, reflective wear encouraged
- Bikes are required for this ride and are not provided to participants.

Disclaimer: This ride is an informal community ride. Please be familiar with the route and alert the ride leaders if you plan to break off or cut your ride short. Valpo Parks is not responsible if you get lost or hurt while riding your bike. You ride at your own risk and assume all responsibility for yourself and your equipment.

Refund:
- To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be requested a minimum of twenty-one (21) days before the published registration deadline.
- Cancellations within twenty-one (21) days of the published registration deadline will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be distributed back to the participant through a check in the mail. This process takes 4 – 6 weeks.
- A $15.00 service charge for processing all cancellations will apply unless the Valpo Parks and Recreation Department cancels a program due to low enrollment.
