Facility is available approximately Mid April - Mid October
Butterfield Family Pavilion offers plenty of space for wedding receptions, graduation parties, group meetings, and entertainment needs. Seating capacity is 250 and features handicap accessible restrooms and a kitchen equipped with a sink, refrigerator, and a stove.
The pavilion may be reserved for the current year and the upcoming year.
Full payment for pavilion reservations is due when making the reservation. Reservations hours are 9 a.m. and ending at 12 midnight. RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
We offer a discounted early set-up fee on Monday-Friday only. You may have access at 4 p.m. the day before your reservation for only $290 plus tax. This fee only applies with a fully paid primary reservation.

Any wedding event, Quinceanera or any event serving alcohol will require security, at the rate of $50 per hour. From the time your first guests arrives until clean-up is complete.
