Note:

Location: Butterfield Pavilion, 645 Evans Ave, Valparaiso, IN.

Premium Booths:
- 10'x14' Space
- Includes (2) 6ft tables and 2 chairs.

Basic Booths:
- 6'x10' Space
- Includes (1) 6ft table and 1 chair.

Additional Information:
After payment is made, someone from the Parks office will be contacting you for booth choice. A map of the booths can be found on the Valpo Parks website. Booth choice is first come, first served.

You are free to use your booth space however you choose. Bring additional tables, racks, bookshelves, etc. at no extra charge. You're welcome to purchase adjacent booths and use the space together.

There is no longer a large item tent. Booth sizes have been increased to accommodate large items. If you have an extra-large item, there is limited space available inside the building in designated "Large Item Zone". Please speak to Cristina to reserve space. Large Item Zone space is first come, first served. Large Item Zone is not supervised by Parks employees and items placed there are the responsibility of the seller. Items will be marked with vendor number and name so customers can pay the vendor directly.

Selling of car seats and crib mattresses is prohibited.

Refund:
- To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be requested a minimum of twenty-one (21) days before the published registration deadline.
- Cancellations within twenty-one (21) days of the published registration deadline will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be distributed back to the participant through a check in the mail. This process takes 4 – 6 weeks.
- A $15.00 service charge for processing all cancellations will apply unless the Valpo Parks and Recreation Department cancels a program due to low enrollment.
